Need To Go Elsewhere?

Since I need all the help I can get, thought these titles smack in front of me, to the right of my computer might remind me...that in order to live a beautiful life and have a spirit of loveliness, I must keep a quiet heart and at times...calm my anxious heart.  There is time for all things.

Now...these are NOT new books.  Oh, no...they've been around this ole gal a while.  Obviously, I don't get "it" the first time.  I'm kinda slow.  But, I cannot tell you how much these lovelies really do transport me elsewhere.  And sometimes Elsewhere is very appealing!

And...since I'm on the computer (a lot), it's nice to look over and see this stack close at hand.  Just curious if you have any go-to books...when you're a whirling dervish and need to zen out or calm down.  Or go elsewhere.

I luuuurve my Living a Beautiful Life book!! I've written many notes in it since 1995. My Auntie Mame
got it for me when we moved into a new house. I take it out often when I need to zen out, as well as the book,
If I Had a Horse....with beautiful photos and poems.

Alright this is not a self help book , I do have several, but this is a book I look at every day...Barclay Butera's design book. He gets my esthetic. I love him. Being an artist I am soooo very visual and he is brilliant. Now if I want self help I do love Ms Stoddard and I am reading Choosing Happiness right now!
